The Staff of Polish American Social Services “PASS”, asks that you spread the word about the following:

Fuel Rebate Program
|
The Pennsylvania Fuel Rebate Program, known as LIHEAP, is still accepting applications and is scheduled to close on April 2nd. This program helps with gas and electric bills. If you live in Pennsylvania, call PASS this week, and an application or an informational flyer will be mailed to you.

|
Property Tax /Rent Rebate Extended
|
Applications for the Pennsylvania Property/Rent Tax Rebate Program for senior citizens, widows and widowers and the disabled are now available from PASS. Call PASS to receive a copy of the guidelines and an application. You may be able to get back $500 to $650 for rent or taxes paid last year.

PACE
|
The Pennsylvania Department of Aging offers a SAFETY-NET drug program for seniors known as PACE. Even if you have other prescription drug coverage, PACE can work along with your existing prescription plan to help ease the burden of drug costs.

Keep Your Financial Statements
|
|
You are also asked to keep copies of the 1099’s, W-2’s and other financial statements that just arrived in January and February that document your income. These are critical for the programs requiring proof of income.
